Recycling of Waste
People should have to separate their rubbish into categories such as food waste, plastics, wood waste, metals, glass and electronic waste. Maybe there should be fines or no collection if people don't do this. Or have a central waste collection so that if people actually have to transport their waste some distance from their house it will make them think about not creating so much in the first place.
