Energy Supply

Electricity is not really a problem for NZ. Lots of existing hydro and untapped wind and geothermal. The real problem is peak oil. In the next few decades this could really bite and affect NZ greatly. There isn't really any alternative transport fuel, especially as NZ railways are single track and not electrified.
